Opening a CasinoWinner account without a single delay later
The CasinoWinner form asks for everything at once. Filled in carefully, it means the first withdrawal goes through with no back-and-forth.
What to expect: one form at casinowinner.live with your name, address, city, postcode, username, email, phone and password, plus an optional promo box for WIN300 (300% on the first deposit). Use your name exactly as on your ID. Afterwards you log in with your username, not your email.

Should I enter WIN300 at sign-up or later?
Either works: the promo box at the end of the form, or the cashier when you make your first deposit. If you are unsure whether you want a 300% match with its play-through, leave it empty for now and decide at the cashier, once you have read the promotions page. The arithmetic is on the WIN300 page.
How do I log in after registering?
Press Login and enter your username and password. The username field does not accept your email address; this is the reason behind most "my login does not work" messages on day one. If you forget the password, the reset form asks for your username and the email on the account together and sends a link. If you forget the username itself, recover it by email from the same box.

What should I do in the first week?
- Set a deposit limit in the cashier before your first payment.
- Make the first deposit by Revolut, Visa, Mastercard or crypto, in euro. The minimum is €25, or €30 on Revolut and card.
- Upload your documents: photo ID, proof of address and proof of your payment method. They are needed for your first withdrawal, and sending them early means it is not waiting on paperwork.

Will CasinoWinner ask me to pay to verify my account?

Withdrawing for the first time
Request it from the same cashier, to the method you deposited with. Finish the bonus play-through first if you took WIN300, or ask support to remove the bonus if you changed your mind. Keep the amount above the cashier's minimum withdrawal. With the documents already approved, the request is a formality.
