casino-winner.live, with a hyphen, is not CasinoWinner

One hyphen separates our casino from a copy of it. This page explains what that copy does, how it differs from casinowinner.live, and what to do if you have already sent it money.

Updated 31 October 2026 · by the site team

In one line: casino-winner.live is not operated by CasinoWinner. It looks like us, asks players for a so-called "verification deposit" before a withdrawal, and runs games that are not ours. The real casino is casinowinner.live — no hyphen — and it never charges you to verify anything.

We are writing this page because players have contacted us about balances, withdrawals and "pending verification" messages on a site we do not run. They were not careless. The address differs from ours by a single character, the colours are close, and the name in the corner is our name. If you are reading this because something on that site did not add up, you were right to stop and check.

What exactly is casino-winner.live?

It is a separate website, at an address with a hyphen between "casino" and "winner", that presents itself under the CasinoWinner name. CasinoWinner does not own it, does not operate it and has no access to accounts or balances created on it. We cannot see what you deposited there, and we cannot pay out anything shown on it, because none of it passes through our cashier.

Here is what we observed when we checked it on 31 October 2026:

We are stating what the site does, not guessing at who is behind it. What matters to you is simpler: anything that happens on casino-winner.live happens outside CasinoWinner.

Why would a real casino never ask for a "verification deposit"?

Because verification is about proving who you are, and money does not prove that. At CasinoWinner the check happens when you withdraw for the first time and consists of three documents: a photo ID, a proof of address, and proof that the payment method you used is yours. You upload them from your account. Nothing is charged, no "unlock fee" exists and no withdrawal is ever held back until you top up.

A request to send more money so that money already shown on screen can be released is the one pattern you should treat as a hard stop, wherever you see it. It is the opposite of how a cashier works.

I have already deposited on casino-winner.live. What should I do?

Take these steps in this order, and do not let a chat window or a countdown hurry you:

  1. Stop paying. Do not send a "verification", "release" or "activation" amount — whatever it is called. A further payment does not bring earlier ones back.
  2. Stop sending documents. If you have not uploaded ID there, do not. If you have, keep a note of what you sent and when.
  3. Contact your bank or payment provider. Tell them which payments went to that site, with dates and amounts. They can tell you what can be done on a card, a transfer or an e-wallet payment. Crypto payments are much harder to recover, so mention them anyway and act quickly.
  4. Change your passwords if you reused the same one there that you use elsewhere, starting with your email account.
  5. Keep screenshots of the balance, the deposit request and any messages. They help your bank and they help us warn other players.

We cannot reverse a payment made on a site we do not run, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do is make sure your next login is in the right place.

How do I make sure I land on the real CasinoWinner from now on?

Type casinowinner.live yourself once, check the spelling, and bookmark it. Better still, install the app from that page: CasinoWinner has an app for iOS and Android that installs straight from the site, and once the icon is on your home screen there is no search result or advert between you and the casino. The two-minute version is on installing the CasinoWinner app.

If you want a method that works on any site, not only ours, use the checklist on how to check a casino site is real. And if you are about to claim the welcome match, confirm the details on the WIN300 page so that an unfamiliar "bonus" elsewhere does not tempt you back.

Are there other addresses using our name?

Yes. casinowinner.bet, casinowinner.uk, casino-winner.org and casinoswinner.com are not operated by CasinoWinner either; their buttons send players to other casinos. The full list is on the official site page. Our own domains are casinowinner.live for play and, for information only, casinowinner-official.com and casinowinner.org.uk.
